With a rich background spanning nearly three decades in the aviation industry, Bill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Director of Installation Operations.

Bill’s journey into aviation began early, flying the family Piper Arrow alongside his father, igniting a lifelong passion for flight. Following nearly a decade in general aviation and four years serving in the Navy’s special projects P-3 program, Bill has spent the past twenty years dedicated to advancing avionics technology in business aviation.

His professional philosophy revolves around the innovative application of technology, whether it’s retrofitting legacy aircraft or supporting OEM forward-fit programs. With a diverse career that includes frontline roles at multiple MROs and positions with avionics OEMs, Bill has honed his skills in every aspect of avionics, from system design to certification and installation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill’s interests extend to American muscle cars, where he spends his downtime in his garage building engines and cars. However, his heart remains in aviation, and he cherishes spending time with his family in Tampa, cooking sous-vide style meals and creating lasting memories with his wife of seventeen years, children, and grandchildren.
